In High School I discovered competitive cheerleading and fell in love with tumbling. Tumbling was everything to me, it was my expression and how I felt emotional release. However, due to an unfortunate shoulder injury, the impact of tumbling worsened my shoulder and neck pain, and I knew I wouldn’t be able to keep it up.
In early 2018 I saw The Greatest Showman in theaters and remembered my deep love of entertaining and performing. That same week I happened upon a Facebook ad for local Aerial classes out of the Majestic Theatre in Corvallis, Oregon. From the moment I touched a lyra I knew the Circus was where I belonged. I have performed in many showcases and dance concerts since, even working 2 years in a local haunted house.
I want nothing more than to share aerial arts with others and give them the opportunity to find the joy and expression that I have found through the circus. I strongly believe that the circus is for anyone and everyone and hope more people will give it a chance.
